GC Hat Group is a premium western and fashion hat designer and manufacturer.
We have been hand-making premium headwear in our modern 39,000 sq ft. Marca GTO-Certified facility in San Francisco del Rincon, Guanajuato Mexico since 2008.
All our hats are fabricated using specialized materials sourced from all parts of the world. GC Hat Group specialties include working with wool and fur felts, cotton/ poly felt, canvas, palm, paper straw and faux suede.
We benefit from using techniques passed down through generations. But we don’t stop there. We also have developed new production technology, enabling us to block seamless woven fabrics. As a result, the hats produced in our factory have become the standard of quality headwear.
