Our 39,000 sq ft full-service design/manufacturing facility is MARCA Guanajuato (GTO) certified.
What is your quality control process?
We do a pre-QC inspection of raw materials and test sample before production and an inspection at each stage of the production cycle.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLING
What is your development process for new hat styles?
Our facility provides prototyping services utilizing existing production molds and in-stock materials, subject to capacity constraints and production scheduling.
For custom applications requiring new mold development, we have a professional mold maker that can produce those. Custom mold fabrication services incur standard tooling fees, which reflect our actual production costs plus standard margin to ensure sustainable operations.
Lead time for prototypes and pre-production samples.
For standard custom orders utilizing our current hat molds, we maintain a production cycle of approximately 2-3 weeks. This timeline accounts for material preparation, drying cycle requirements, brim forming, interior accessory installation, and final quality inspection.
When custom orders require new development, our production timeline extends significantly.

FINANCIAL & LEGAL
What are your standard payment terms?
70% upon issue of the PO, at which time all necessary materials are ordered, balance upon completion and ready to box to ship. Packaging and/or palletizing is a separate line cost item on invoice.
